Four years..

Today is our four year anniversary. Wow, is the only word I know to use. Who knew on that wonderful fall day four years ago where God would have taken us in this short amount of time. It truly amazes me every time I think about it.

Kyle thank you so much for all the joy you have brought into my life. You are truly my partner and love in every since of the word. I have never known such an amazing person and man. You are a wonderful husband and the best daddy I have ever seen. I love that I adore you more today than I did in that church four years ago and I didn't think that would have been possible, but it is. I love the way you take such great care of this family. You work so hard for us. You support me and care for me even when I'm no being the best wife. I've been pregnant, lactating, (sorry men) or caring for a newborn for since April 2006 and somehow you still love me and make me feel so spacial and beautiful even when I don't. You really amaze me all the time. I hope that I can return the love and care and respect that I see in you. I love you so much Kyle Armour. God is so good to us!!!!!

So sleepy

Hello friends:) So we are too excited about our newest addition growing in my belly right now. Crazy, perhaps, but full of joy because of the miracle gift from God, VERY! I am feeling good. Although I am sooooo tired. I always forget the fatigue that goes along with the first trimester and oh my, is it ever tiring. It takes a lot out of your body to have God knitting a baby together in your womb! So just very tired and a little sick every once and a while. But I am only five weeks so we shall see how much more I get!! I have my first appointment on November 17th, so please be praying for the health of this little peanut number three.

Things are good right now. The kids are fun. Henry is such a little sweet man. He's almost two and oh course acts like it sometimes, but he is such a sweet boy. His little personality just amazes me everyday.
Lily has been cutting teeth like crazy and has just decided that sleep isn't something that is going to happen without a fight, so that's been interesting. But she is so sweet too, and on normal days is a good little baby.
Here are some snap shots of the kidos recently.................

Pumpkins and cider..

*UPDATE*******************************************************
Here is the picture I was talking about. This is the three pumpkins that we have on our front porch. We got one for each of our babies:) Do you know why this picture is so special?????

I'm sitting here sipping hot apple cider, eating yummy salty roasted pumpkins seed, and loving every minute of it. I LOVE this time of the year. And I love all the things that go along with it. The only thing I'm lacking is a carmel apple:) I'm sure I'll find one in the next week or so:)

Tonight we carved our pumpkin with Henry. He enjoyed it for about 50% of the time. That's a lot to ask for a almost two year old attention span:) But he did think the pumpkin was interesting and most of all after we finished and there was a candle in it. He LOVE fire. (ummm that might not be so good)

PS!!! Tomorrow I will post THE BEST pumpkin photo EVER! So don't forget to check back:)He thought that the guts were gross! He wanted to put the top back on:)here he is blowing the lit pumpkins.

Read it.. and VOTE!

I am copying this from my friend Abby's blog, but when I read it I just couldn't help it. Her friend Melissa wrote an amazing blog entry about this year's vote and I could not have ever said it this well!! I agree with 100% of what she has to say. I see this also as being the number one most important issue with the election, abortion.

Tooth time...

It's so sad!! The past few days Lily has been acting a little weird. She has been refusing to eat sometimes and she has never done that before. Well yesterday she was acting all upset. She ate a bottle at 12pm and then would not eat another one. It was six at night and she was still refusing it. And on top of that she was super fussy. Again, she really hardly ever cries these days. So I knew something wasn't right. Well, just by chance I rubbed her little gums and to my surprise there was a little tooth trying to make it's way up through her little gums. :( It made me sad. All I could think of was "not yet!" I swear every child must grow and change faster than the one before. I thought time flew by with Henry but her time is flying by so much faster than him. By child four will I even remember any of it???

She is getting teeth about a month sooner than he did but that's not that much sooner. I just don't think I was prepared for my little baby to have a tooth yet. She just finished totally weaning herself so the timing was perfect. :)

Fall... Yay!!

They were right! The high today is 63 degrees and I am loving it. Yes, it is rainy, but that's OK. One we NEED the rain, two, it's kinda nice to have a rainy day in once in a while. Here is my sweet flower after her bath last night. She was REALLY sleepy at this point and there were no more smiles left. But I kinda like the sweet sleepy look too!! I just love the babies after baths. They are all sleepy, and cuddly, and smell soooo good!

Speaking of sleepy, after I finished Lily's bath it was time for Henry's. But he was no where to be found. Well I walked in me and Kyles' room and I found the little man on our bed like this:) He was really tired too.

He was happy to jump down once I discovered him to get in the bath!!

Fall... Yet????

Well it's a balmy 85 degrees today and it ain't fall!!! No matter that today is October 15th!! But the extended forecast promises 60's starting tomorrow. We will see how that turns out. Those that live in Louisville know that you can't trust extended forecasts as far as you can throw them but I will hope!!! I'm soooo ready for fall weather. I LOVE it and I want some fall weather before it get's cold!!
Things have been great! My precious babies amaze me everyday!! I know I always post pictures of my little princess but she is MUCH easier to sit in one place (since she can't scoot away just yet) and getting a "photo shoot" of Henry is pretty close to impossible:) We have professional pictures next Saturday, we will see how that goes!!
But here are some pictures of the lovely babies...

This was one of her "fall" outfits. I was really trying to get in the fall mood!!

As you see, I have to get him completely zonked before I can get pics:) But one night we let him watch his veggie tale that he is obsessed with before bed. Kyle made him a little pallet on the floor and he curled up on it and stayed that way for the whole movie. Even when his favorite songs came on he stayed on the blanket, he just wiggled his booty the whole time:)
(usually he dances wildly around the room)

He was playing with the camera trying to take a picture of himself:) I ask if he wanted me to take a picture and he said yes. Funny guy.

And here is just some more picture archiving the fact that she still sucks on the two fingers!! I've really never seen another baby choose those two fingers to suck on!!

Yummy!

Yummy!! That's all I can say. Let me tell you, first I love love love to cook. Always have. But as a busy mommy who has time to cook big great meals when your running after two babies! Well, Confessions of a Pioneer Woman on the right side of my page, has the most WONDERFUL recipes. They are easy, with simple ingredients, and really filling and great. They have great step by step photo instructions. It's a wonderful, and slightly addictive, blog page!!! Anyway, the past two days I have made two of her meals and they are sooo good and sooo simple. I use to spend all day making a homemade lasagna. So last night I made her recipe. Wow it was great!! Now you have to like cheese and meat because it's full of it, but it was the cheapest and easiest lasagna I have ever made! I also made her homemade ranch for our salad and it's yummy as well. Tonight it's beans and cornbread, and maybe chocolate cake. You all should visit this sight it's great!!!

Oh and if your just sitting there with nothing to do (good luck with that) you should read the story of her and her husband meeting. It's like a book, and she is a really great writer!!! :)

She's Flipped!

I have been waiting and waiting for her to do this. I felt like she was just taking her sweet time. This morning, before Henry was up, she was playing on her mat while I was balancing our checkbook. Well one minute she was on her back and the next time I looked at her this is what I found. She was bound and determined to get that ball:) What a big girl!!

This is how they spend a lot of their together time:) Henry loves her toys!

And just for fun, this is what our mornings usually look like. Hungry crowd waiting patiently (sometimes not so patiently) for their oatmeal.

Henry is wondering why she is so happy. "why are you so happy, we haven't eaten yet!?"
