Big boo boo,

Poor Lily. Last weekend was a little traumatic for her. While she was at her Lovies house she was running and feel into a door frame. Her poor little eye was so swollen. By the next day when I took these pictures it look A LOT better. She proceeded to fall/hurt herself numerous other times before the weekend was over. You can see where it's starting to bruise on her eye lid.:(

These kids are just so sweet and cute as can be! The other day Callie was reclining in her boppy pillow, Henry was sitting beside her (because he is always beside her) and Lily was playing. I turned around just to get something and when I looked around Henry had got Callie out of the pillow and was laying on the couch just like this holding her and patting her on the back! I mean really??!! I know I should have punished him for picking her up but it was so funny and sweet. He really just adores her. (don't worry, we did talk about not picking up the baby) but the cutest part was when Lily walked over to pat Callie Henry said "no wee (Lily) be careful with the baby" "be careful wee", no kidding. He was sooo serious too. lol Right Henry, like it was sooo safe for you to pick her up with all your 2 1/2 year old self, but Lily, you must be careful!!. lol

My dear dear friend, who we went to Owensboro to visit, is INCREDIBLY talented and crafty. She makes all kinds of cute cute cute things. Well she walks out with a little something that she made Lily.... this was not a little something! Look how cute this dress is. This is only the second one she has made and it is too adorable. Maybe she will teach me how to make them... or maybe I can just pay her to make me more. I just love it!

What a busy but blessed weekend!

We had a great weekend! It was busy busy but very good. On Saturday we headed to Owensboro to visit our friends that live there. We wish we all lived closer but for now we will enjoy what time we do get. We had a blast. They have a big pond right out there front door practically and boy did Henry have a great time catching fish. They must have caught 40! And us girls had a great time having some girl time with the babies. Today we had an amazing church service and some really great family time. Here are some pics of our very blessed weekend!!

Last Saturday, Henry and Kyle went out in the morning together. I love that Kyle takes the time to spend quality time with the kids. They are so blessed to have such a wonderful daddy! They went to the wildlife place that I posted about a while ago and then went fishing at the lakes there. They didn't catch anything, but as you can see I don't think Henry cared one bit!!! This kids LOVES bugs. And he really LOVES worms :) I think it's his favorite part of fishing right now. Anytime he talks about fishing he talks about getting worms :)

Hello Mr. black bear!

Callie Joy 3 months old!

I can't believe my little bitty girl is 3 months old!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really, the way time flies, it's insane and sad. What can I say, she is wonderful!! She is sooo good. She smiles, loves to "talk" and giggle. She is incredibly ticklish, and won't take a bottle for nothing!!! She likes to play on her play mat, and sucks on her arm when she is in her crib right now. I'm hoping that she will find her fingers soon. I LOVE her last feeding (around 9pm) because she is sooo sound asleep I just get to cuddle her and look at her sweet face. She travels great and is doing sooo good in the nursery at church. We love her a whole lot and forget what life was like w/o her:)

Mommy and Henry date day....

Henry and I had some wonderful one on one time today. We sent Lily off with her grandma and we went to a kids gym called All About Kids. Henry had sooooo much fun!! Afterwards we went to Wendy's and then home for a nap. I love my little boy!! Getting ready to jump in........

He climbed up this slide about a million times. It is really for bigger kids because parents aren't aloud on it and they don't want kids to get stuck. LOL I had to laugh. This 2 1/2 year old is bigger than some three and four year olds I know. What can I say he is big, strong, and pretty fearless.
