Fun times in April before the rain came...

We have had a BEAUTIFUL April. And to be honest it has spoiled me rotten. It's been raining for a few days in a row and I feel like it has been forever. But we have had fun non the less.

18 weeks

Baby #4 is great! I had my 18week check yesterday and all is perfect. I had been really stressed recently about not feeling the baby yet. With Henry I felt him around 17 weeks and he was the latest. With Callie, I felt her at around 15. So being 18 1/2 weeks with nothing had me a bit worried. But when my Dr. put that Doppler to my belly that strong , fast (154 ) heartbeat popped up super fast. And she said she could hear tons of movement when listening. So that was a huge relief that all is well. And then wouldn't you know it that that night I felt "her" four hours. And then all day today, she is very active :) I just love the feeling of babies in your belly, what a blessing! We have our big ultrasound in 12 days! Monday the 10th, I can't wait to see this little one on screen which I would like to make the prediction that I think this is another sweet little girl :)

Lily and her boo boo from Monday. We had a wonderful day at the zoo but early on Lily fell face first into the pavement going downhill :( It actually is looking better in this picture and hasn't bothered her any. It just looks really sad!

Have you ever just watched your child's face when they are really enjoying something. I mean when something really gets their wheels turning. I love it. Last night Kyle and Henry were sitting on the couch looking up video of trains, planes, and helicopters. I was sitting on the other couch where I couldn't see the screen I could just see Henry. The look on his face was just priceless. He is one adorable boy but to see him so amazed and excited and into it was beautiful. There is nothing better than watching your little ones discover things that are so trivial to you. Everything is so new and exciting, oh what I could learn from a three year old.

Cooking up a storm...

Today Henry and I delved into make a plethora of homemade goodies. :) I am trying to make more things from scratch with less "junk" in them and Henry LOVES to help me in the kitchen. He learns a ton and I hope to instill a love for cooking as well. Everyone should know how to cook! Even men.... who am I kidding esp men!! So this morning we made honey wheat bread and ranch dressing. He basically made the dressing himself he was so proud, even if he wouldn't try it:) and here he is kneading away :) he's such a hard worker !

Wordless Weekend...

Well almost wordless. :) This past Easter weekend was so nice. Beautiful weather , wonderful family, and most of all a WONDERFUL thing to celebrate. I think in all actuality Easter may be my most favorite holiday. So here is a plethera of pictures from the weekend. We are so blessed to have all of our wonderful family so close that we got to see everyone. The only thing I hate is that I did not get one picture of my dad or brothers with the kids :( I will have to work on that!!

Well now it is Callie's turn... I'm afraid with all this sunshine and fun new spring/summer outfits my camera is going to get worn out! Just warning you :)

And I want to write a quick recap for my last Dr's apt on Tuesday. I went back and found all the info about the girls at this time on here so I need to just get it written down so I don't forget. All is well!! Praise the Lord. Sweet heartbeat popped up right away. A fast 153 beats per minute. You know what they say... they say that is a girl.... Kyle just smiles. :) It is either another precious girl or a boy with a fast heartbeat, which does happen all the time. I looked back and Lily's at this time was 149 and Callie's was 150. I wish, oh I wish I had written Henry's down because I don't have a clue. We will see in oh, FIVE WEEKS! I can't believe it's only five weeks away. Can't wait to see this baby on the screen!!

When Lily is in a good mood and she is hamming it up, I just can't help myself.... I know these are sooo self indulgent but I really can't help it. What a joy she is!!

She LOVES her peas. Exact opposite of one little boy I know. The entire time we are sitting here Lily and Callie are tearing up their peas, I mean really they ate double portions each! And Henry was saying the entire time " I don't like those, the girls like those but I don't like those" lol Give Lily some veggies and fruit and she is good to go!In this pictures I'm pretty sure she is saying one of her favorite phrases "heyyy" said with attitude in the voice :) lol
